On-site usage

  • You will receive your final entry ticket via WhatsApp or email the day before your visit. There is no need to queue at the ticket office; you must go directly to the entrance
  • Remember to get there before 16:00h
  • It is extremely important to download your tickets before arriving at Chichén Itzá. There is no coverage at the archaeological site, and without the tickets you will not be able to access
  • Wear comfortable shoes, a hat, sunblock, water, and some extra cash for the souvenirs
