Good to Know

Getting there:

  • On foot: It’s recommended to go to the meeting point on foot (15-20 minutes walk from the city center). Please note that there’s an uphill slope
  • Bus: Take the C3 bus at Isabel la Católica square (1€ / 2€, to be paid on the bus)
  • Car: Due to traffic, taking a taxi rather than driving is strongly recommended

Before you buy

  • This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users
  • Alhambra requests all visitors to bring a valid ID which will be scanned at the entrance. It has to match the one you provide during the booking

On-site usage

  • Show your smartphone ticket and a valid ID or passport to the guide at the meeting point of each tour
  • The tour guide will be holding a white umbrella with the logo of the tour company (Nhue Concierge)
  • Albaicín tour meeting point: Plaza Isabel la Católica, 18009 Granada. Tour starts at 17:00 during winter season (17th October - 31st May), at 18:00 during summer season (1st June - 16th October)

  • Alhambra: all visitors must present a valid ID or passport at the entrance, copies are not accepted. If you don’t bring it, you’ll be denied entry
